As part of Clare County Council’s programme for employee welfare, a retirement planning course is run for staff annually. However, after completing an emotional intelligence review or report (EQI) with Eileen Woodford of Nucleus Coaching I was astounded by its accuracy not only from a personal point of view, but also of its effectiveness in creating a better, more open and productive environment in the workplace. I was extremely impressed by Eileen’s delivery of the report and of the follow up coaching sessions around the report.
