Work is something we all have to do in some form or other. We work to survive, we work to contribute, we work to put food on our table, to some work is a statement of who they are, the sad thing is that when surveyed almost 90% of people were not happy in their job. Are you one of those people? Maybe your working life is just about to begin, you may be leaving school or college, or returning to work after a period of time. You may already be in employment in a job that leaves you totally unfulfilled, even unhappy, but are too unsure or afraid to make a change. Career coaching looks at you, the person. With you, we analyse and assess your skills and talents, your interests and areas of knowledge, your values and beliefs and other pertinent areas. This is "to find out what you are fitted to do" and help you take action to "secure an opportunity", for you to be in a career that you find fulfilling and that is your "key to happiness".
