About Us

At Nucleus Coaching we are committed to the ongoing raising of standards within the profession, and the continuous professional development and education of our team.

Nucleus Coaching was established by Eileen Woodford. She has a diploma in Business, Executive and Personal Coaching from the Coach Institute of Ireland and is a Coaching practitioner Member of the Life and Business Coaching Association of Ireland (MLBCAI), the Irish Coaching Development Network (ICDN), and is a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM), London. She is a FETAC accredited trainer, certified practitioner of NLP and is a certified consultant of Emotional Intelligence using the Bar-On EQ-I® psychometric assessment. She is also accredited in the use of D.I.S.C. Personality Profile Analysis. Her background is in business where she was self-employed for 25 years, with experience in managing, purchasing and sales.

Eileen works with clients in all areas of life, helping them to use their own resources to overcome obstacles. She also coaches in the business sector and works with people who are preparing for their retirement, believing that when one leaves full-time employment it is not the end, rather the ' beginning' of a new phase of life. She believes that change ( in whatever area) can be a wonderful opportunity, however many people are unable to approach it openly, and as a result overlook all it may have to offer.

Eileen has a firm belief in the power of the coaching process to help people achieve their potential. She works with the client, keeping their best interests to the fore, and at all times they are assured of her total commitment and confidentiality. She believes that the essential part of any organisation, business, team or group are the people involved, and when one person achieves and reaches a goal, this greatly influences and empowers the people who surround them.

Eileen runs workshops dealing with preparation for retirement and preparation for change, these take place at her office and also on-site in a business or community setting. These workshops can be adapted according to the individual needs of the group, as she has a team of professionals with whom she works.
