Welcome to Nucleus Life and Business Coaching.
Nucleus life and business coaching was established by Eileen Woodford MLBCAI NLP Prac.

Nucleus coaching works with you the client to help you achieve what you want to achieve. This can be in any area, for example:

• Retirement Coaching
• Goal Setting

People come to coaching for many different reasons, but generally it is because they want or need change in their life and/or business; or because they want or need to deal with change which is inevitable in their life and/or business.

Every client and every situation is different, and the coaching process is tailored around each client's agenda. It is a relationship of action and learning and it helps to move the client(s) forward .

It can help you to identify the choices you have, and help you decide which direction you want to go and what action needed to get there.

You may want to feel more fulfilled, have more balance in your life, feel more motivated etc., whatever your reason for life, business, career or retirement coaching it all starts with you.

Coaching can be carried out on a one to one basis or with a group.
